Double oak front doors,opens to a large, cavernous room, lit by torches, with ceiling so high it's barely visible. A wide marble staircase opposite the front doors leads up to first floor. The large hourglass figures of the House Points also resides here.

Vast chamber with an enchanted ceiling that mirrors the sky outside. Four long tables for the four houses. Closest to the doors from the Entrance Hall is Slytherin, then Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, and next to the far wall, Gryffindor. The Professors sit at the High Table, a table on a raised platform at the front of the room.

The Hogwarts library contains tens of thousands of books on thousands of shelves. It also includes an invisible section as well as a Restricted Section. But don't get caught in the Restricted Section without a note for your Professor!

Marbled gray stone floors and high marble pillars and statues display a rather heavenly looked to the Hogwart's courtyard. With entrances from the Great Hall, and other random corridors, this is a great place to find a bench and sit with your friends or study.

Hogsmeade is located just down the road from Hogwarts. Students are allowed to visit there when not in class. Enjoy a brisk walk down the path to village, then explore the many shops and sites it has to offer.
